Accommodations

Q. Is parking available at the hotel?

A. Eleven on-site parking spaces are available (operated by Times).
Hotel guests can take advantage of the preferential rate of ¥2,000 per night (from 3:00 pm to 11:00 am the following day).
The parking fee is ¥200 per 10 minutes outside of the hours specified above.
Reservations are not accepted. Use is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am.
Check-in and check-out times may differ depending on your accommodation plan.
Please verify your accommodation plan.

Q. Is it possible to access the hotel late in the evening, or is there a curfew?

A. There is no curfew at the hotel.
The hotel’s entrance is locked between the hours of 1:00 am and 6:00 am for security reasons.

Q. Is it possible to check in early or check out late?

A. Early check-in and late check-out services are available for an additional fee.
Depending on room availability, however, these services may not be available. Please make sure to let the Front Desk know beforehand.

Q. Is it possible to share a bed with my child? If so, until what age and with how many children? Is there an additional charge?

A. Children under elementary school age can share a bed free of charge.
However, there is a limit of one child per adult.
Please let the hotel know when making your reservation.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. A cancellation fee will be charged as follows and in accordance with the Terms of Service.

On the day prior to your scheduled arrival: 20% of room charge
On the day of your scheduled arrival: 80% of room charge
No contact by the day of your scheduled arrival: 100% of room charge

Q. Is there a waiting list if the hotel is fully booked?

A. Unfortunately, we do not have a waiting list system.

Q. Is Internet connectivity available?

A. High-speed Wi-Fi (11ac, 6,900 Mbps) Internet is available throughout the hotel.
* There may be areas in the hotel where the Wi-Fi signal is weak. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Is luggage storage available before check-in or after check-out?

A. Same-day luggage storage services are available before checking in and after checking out.
Please inquire at the Front Desk.

Q. Is it possible to send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

A. Yes, guests are allowed to send luggage to the hotel in advance. Please send your luggage to the address below.
Make sure to indicate your name and arrival date on the shipping slip.

Q. Is it possible to choose a specific room or floor?

A. No. We will try to accommodate your request as best as we can. However, depending on the situation of the day, the room type, or the plan, it may not be possible to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Is it possible to request a bed fitted with bed rails?

A. Unfortunately, we do not offer beds that are pre-fitted with bed rails, nor do we lend any such equipment.

Q. Are cribs available?

A. Yes, cribs are available upon request. There may be times when cribs are unavailable due to the limited number. It may also not be possible to use a crib in the room due to space restrictions.
Please inquire in advance.

Q. Are there smoking rooms available?

A. All rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking booths are available on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th floors.

Q. Are there any vending machines and ice machines?

A. Vending machines and ice machines are available on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th floors. The vending machines offer a selection of soft drinks.

Q. Are there banquet halls or conference rooms available?

A. The hotel does not feature any banquet halls or conference rooms.

Q. Is the hotel equipped with a large communal bath?

A. The hotel is not equipped with a large communal bath.

Q. Is it possible to rent a computer?

A. The hotel does not offer any computer rentals.

Q. Do you offer room service for meals?

A. The hotel does not offer room service for meals.

Q. Is there a convenience store nearby?

A. There is a convenience store open 24 hours a day only two minutes on foot from the hotel.

Q. Is there a bank or ATM in or near the hotel?

A. There are no banks or ATMs on the hotel premises.

Q. How should I store my valuables?

A. Please store your valuables in the safety deposit box provided in each guest room.

Q. Can I purchase a USJ Studio Pass at the hotel?

A. The hotel does not have USJ Studio Passes available for purchase.

Q. Is it possible to pay in advance?

A. You can pay in advance by either coming to the hotel beforehand or making a bank transfer.
Otherwise, we ask that you proceed with payment in person at check-in.

Q. Is it possible to pay by credit card?

A. All major credit cards are accepted.

Restaurant

Q. Is parking available at the restaurant?

A. Eleven on-site parking spaces are available (operated by Times).
The parking fee is ¥200 per 10 minutes.
There is no preferential rate for restaurant diners.
Reservations are not accepted. Use is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Q. Are buffet dishes taken away at a specific time?

A. The restaurant closes at 10:00, and depending on the situation in the restaurant, we usually begin taking the dishes away at 9:30.

Q. Are strollers allowed in the restaurant?

A. Yes, strollers are allowed in the restaurant.

Q. Is it possible to order meals that exclude certain ingredients because of allergies or religious restrictions?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests regarding ingredients. However, we will try to accommodate your requests as best as we can by helping you select meals that meet your dietary needs.

Q. Is there a dress code?

A. Although there is no specific dress code, we do not allow athletic-style shirts, sleeveless tops, sandals, or slippers.

Q. Is there a smoking section?

A. All seats are non-smoking. A smoking booth is available next to the restaurant.
