We will be conducting a regular inspection of our electrical equipment based on the Electrical Business Act’s “Safety Regulations” on the dates listed below.
During the inspection, electricity, air conditioning, water supply, and toilets throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, will not be available.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause during your stay and use of our facilities, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

【Request to Our Guests】
During the inspection, you won’t be able to use lights, TV, refrigerator, hot water, air conditioning, phones, elevators, etc., so please keep the following points in mind.

  • The elevator will be out of service. Please avoid inspection times or use the emergency stairs.
  • If you are staying with us, room cleaning cannot be done on that day. We can only provide towel/nightwear replacement and take out trash.
  • The refrigerator will not operate. Please do not put in frozen foods or items that could spoil.
  • For computers, phone chargers, and other precision devices, please unplug them before going out.
  • Italian kitchen “Verde Cassa” will be closed for lunch on Tuesday, January 12.
  • The Times parking lot on hotel grounds will not be available from 11:30 to 14:30.
